Things have sure been shakey down here in Capital City but we are all ok and keeping safe!
A massive merci beaucoup for all the gorgeous french baking from last round. From madeleines and loaves to friands and homemade croissants: it was like driving around in a french bakery! What a talented bunch of pâtissiers we have!

New Round Cycles
And just to change things up a little, since I am going to be based down in Wellington for the next little while, we are moving to having rounds every 3 months instead of every two. That means the next round – round 29 – will be on Sunday 8 September.
However, there might still be events and occasions between rounds that the hospices may need some help with baking for so it would be wonderful if we could call on your help between rounds.

Any suggestions for a theme for next round? The round is in September so there’s always the good old Spring theme? Or any creative suggestions? Let me know!
