The next Baking for Hospice round is coming up after Easter on Sunday 7 April.
And the theme this round is Healthy Baking since it is World Health Day on that day! It might sound like an oxymoron but cram in all those gorgeous autumnal fruits and veges in your baking, go wholemeal or light, or bake with olive oil or other superfood ingredients. Think blueberries, lemony loveliness, pumpkin pie, apple cake, banana loaves, muesli slices…any guilt-free baking!
Massive thanks Adrienne W for the theme!

If you haven’t already, please email me:
1) Whether you can bake this round.
2) Which drop off site you will be dropping off at.
3) What you think you will be baking (and how many cake boxes it may take up).
If you are planning to drop straight off at the North Shore Hospice in the 1-1:15pm time slot, please do email me and let me know and flick me a text me on the day (my number is in the email) if you end up running late or not being able to bake as I fly out straight after Baking for Hospice so may not be able to stay much past 1:15pm.
Otherwise, if you need to drop off your baking outside the times, please drop you baking off at the North Shore Hospice in a disposable container you don’t mind giving away, labelled with your name and what the baking is and “Baking for Hospice”. And please do email me what you baked so I can include you in the wrap up!
Hope everyone has a sunny happy Easter!
